The room was modern with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a balcony. We enjoyed the tv and the minibar. The lovely terrace was nice for breakfast. The hotel offered amazing spa facilities. Everything was kept super clean and tidy.

modern hotel with great service but limited views

The hotel offers a warm welcome, and the staff was attentive throughout our stay. Our Superior Double Room with Balcony provided ample space for both of us, and the outdoor area with the pool was a pleasant retreat. We appreciated that everyone spoke English. The location was peaceful and allowed for a relaxing getaway.

The lack of a view from the balcony was a mild disappointment, as we were hoping for a more picturesque setting.

I experienced several clean-up issues in my room. We had to ask for fresh towels after they were missed during cleaning. Some rubbish was not removed, leaving an unpleasant atmosphere .

One minor inconvenience was the limited bar hours, which could be improved for those looking to enjoy evenings at the hotel. A lovely getaway with a warm family-run feel. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at buena onda for 3 nights, and it was fantastic. The owners really go above and beyond. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace with some good music. We loved the peaceful location, just a short walk to the train station where you can catch free buses to the waterpark and theme park. The pool area was a lovely retreat.
